At 57, hormone imbalance, inflammation, insomnia and burnout had shortened Danielle’s day to a few useful hours.
Danielle arrived with hormone imbalance, weight gain, night sweats and insomnia, alongside food sensitivities she had not known about that were driving bloating, fluid retention and significant inflammation.
On top of that was stress burnout from closing a business, and episodes of vertigo. Each piece had an explanation. Nobody had connected them.
What made her decide to come in was a single phrase she heard at a seminar.
What caught my attention was “getting to the root of the problem.” That’s when I said, I’m going to try Dr. Goldstein.
What she came in with
“I’m 57, so I was having a lot of hormone imbalances. I gained weight and was sluggish, night sweats. I also had food allergies that I didn’t really know I had, so they were creating bloating and water retention and a terrible inflammation, and insomnia.”
What else was going on
“I also had stress burnout from closing a business. So those were just the things. A little bit of vertigo, because of the inflammation and the stress.”
What her day looked like
“I would be able to get up in the morning, do a few things, but literally by 12, 1:00 I was slowing down like nothing. And I had terrible anxiety on top of that, anxiety spikes out of nowhere.”
What it cost her
“If I pushed myself a little bit, I was in bed by 5:00. Like I was done, nothing left. I couldn’t count on my day in getting things done.”
Why she chose this
“I’ve seen a lot of doctors over the years, natural doctors as well. She said getting to the root of the problem, and that’s what I was like, I’m going to try Dr. Goldstein.”
Where she is now
“My energy’s back, my anxiety is down, and I’ve lost 10 pounds.”

Dr. Angela Goldstein’s free Master Class explains how thyroid, adrenal and sex hormones fall out of balance together, and why reading them one at a time misses it.
