What to expect during the first and follow-up visits:
Prior to the first visit, you will fill out a questionnaire that allows us to focus on the problem areas as well as to get an overall picture of your health.
The initial visit will last about one hour to an hour and half.
You will have a chance to relate your health history and we will ask you a lot of questions in order to complete a comprehensive assessment.
I will also:
- Complete a nutritional physical
- Order appropriate laboratory tests
- Give initial recommendations.
At the follow-up visits, I will evaluate your progress and adjust and augment your individualized treatment plan as necessary.
You will be informed ahead of time of the prices for the lab tests and supplements; there should be no surprises later on.
